Challenge
The staffing agency has a team of account managers tasked with finding new staffing opportunities in existing and new accounts. This team was inconsistent with producing new staffing needs constantly for the talent acquisition organization within the agency. There were customer staffing needs the agency could have worked on but given the lack of discipline from the account managers, the agency was not able to work on those timely opportunities.
Moreover, there was no predictability on the number of new opportunities account managers produced, negatively impacting the utilization of the talent acquisition organization within.
Solution
We implemented an autonomous multi-agent architecture with a chat interface that augments human account managers by helping them efficiently create lists of companies that are hiring professionals in the roles the staffing agency is focused on. The agent also ranks opportunities to prioritize those that have a better fit with the staffing agency’s focus areas, increasing the probability the agency will succeed with their customer account.
