Challenge
The company had a team of business development individuals running processes to find suitable targets, identifying the founder/CEO name, and collecting additional information on each business.
They use Google Sheets to collaborate internally among multiple professionals. The time it took each business development person to add details on each target was approximately 6-12 minutes on average.
Solution
We developed a multi-agent solution that connects to the Google spreadsheet where the team is working on and helps populate the data the team needs by chatting with the agent and specifying the data needed in a conversational manner.

Impact
The process of adding relevant data to the team’s spreadsheets was increased approximately 20x. It took three days for a team member to populate relevant data on 500 companies, and with the new Google Sheets Assistant the same effort is done in less than an hour, freeing up time of the business development person to focus on more strategic efforts
